At Palm Pals, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your portal summary.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
